The role will include attending client, design and progress meetings, reviewing mechanical contractor design submittals/drawings, witness testing/site reports.

Qualification to minimum HND mechanical engineering or equivalent required.

Ability to write performance specifications and oversee performance drawings for Industrial buildings contracts. Experience with industrial/commercial building projects is essential to the role.

Candidate must be comfortable working independently (home working an option), but within a team requiring regular contact and coordination. Experience and some understanding of electrical installations required.
